Greetings, various restoration issues
It's a 1970 Chrysler Newport convertible. Water won't really "pour" through there. What happens is it hits that shelf after draining out the cowl and will slowly "wick" its way in.- 3C's & a D?

Perhaps not unrealistic, but a guy would sure be better off spending more $$ on a better car to start from. I think the lack of good pics, lack of good description, etc tells the tale.- fury fan
