The torsion bar length would need careful measurement prior to doing that, as the 61 has a different mounting member and I suspect bar length than later C bodies. Measure twice,...cut once!- JimmyG

Searching for return line on fuel system
Youfoud a return line on the muscle cars from near thefuel pump to prevent vapor lock I got 3/8 lines from a b Bpdy and used the stock 5/16 line forthe return stock had a canister but use the fuel filter mentioned above- wyrmrider
