Yes, but surely for an extra $17 they could've sewn some stitch-stripes in it. If I was an upholsterer, that would be mandatory, I would never let someone attach my name to such a bare-bones repair.

I saw it and wanted to re-post it, but didn't have a quick method for tracing it back to its history on here. And it's in such sad shape that it wasn't worth me digging. As @ayilar did that work for me, I'll say that it is the same car, the peek of the front seat upholstery in the driveway shot...

Perhaps not unrealistic, but a guy would sure be better off spending more $$ on a better car to start from. I think the lack of good pics, lack of good description, etc tells the tale.

Removing the 2 bolts at the lower corners of the dash and disconnecting the steering column from the dash might give a little bit of wiggle room to make a difference, too.

Prolly too far gone to be worth restoring, but looks like it would help other cars live on. If nothing else, snatch it up and make sure the 440 goes into another C-body, rather than a B/E body and the rest getting crushed.
