Toom a moment to trim the rust back to good metal on the pillar and inset. Patched in the rust hole in the inner curve. Next up will be that square above it then the gasket lip. After that, I can rebuild the pillar and outer skin. Then, that's that corner done.

I think I found the culprit. I don't know if this was damaged from the factory ages ago as there's no rust to indicate it rotted off, but a portion of the overhanging lip along this area broke off somewhere along the way. Is this the seam? I have a feeling water has been seeping in here. Sealed...

Cleaned up the seats and put them back in. They need redoing but they look a lot better than they did.

Oddly enough the 68 Charger came from a NYC cop. The Dip is an 89. I sold it to a good friend that plans on Doing a motor swap to it.
