    1977 Chrysler Town & Country

I will get a video of it making a pull tomorow when my video guys are here so you can all get the full experince lol. Its funny how wound up it sounds crossing 4,000 RPM. I would have guessed it closer to 5,000 rpm based on sound alone

    1977 Chrysler Town & Country

Well plenty of torque anyway....little lacking on the horsepower lol. The last run, run 5 was with the air cleaner lid removed. Will be interesting to see what difference the thermoquad produces

Any idea where this picture was taken? The Victorian home behind it looks very similar to my current home. My porch is different now, but the one picture I found of it from 1910 looks like it had the same porch with the little peak above the front door as well. Its a very common layout so not...

I think I should put it on the dyno here in a bit just so we can compare before and after power/torque numbers. Standby!

    1977 Chrysler Town & Country

Well I'm on the hunt for a good usable/rebuildable thermoquad. I currently have a Edlebrock 1406 carb on it currently. While I have no complaints about the carbs performance or driveability....it just doesn't make the sound I distinctly remember from my chilhood and teenage years. That deep...

    What is this wagon?

I do hate how much Ford and Chrysler have ****** around with nameplates of vehicles of late. The Chrysler "pacifica" should still be called the town and country IMO. If I owned one I would have pulled the pacific plates off and replaced them with Town and Country badges lol. Ford is the...

    What is this wagon?

Ya the hidden headlights look good. I wish the 74-77 T&Cs came with the waterfall grill and hidden headlights. I would be tempted to swap mine, but I like keeping things original as built. Same with the interiors on the 74-77 wagons, wish they had the option for the high trim seats like the...

    1977 Chrysler Town & Country

So I was curious if this still had the original engine, I assumed it did given the mileage....but you can never be for sure as we are approaching 50 years old! So up on the lift and a little brake cleaner to get some of the goo off to verify. Looks like it is! Last of the VIN is 7D180049...

    Tool tips

Everyone should have a set of flush cuts in their arsenal. These make it so when you cut the tail of a zip tie off its completely smooth, thus no more scratched hand and torn gloves when working near installed zip ties. My favorite ones are these long handle ones. They seem to reach right...

Damn what a great shot of a fresh Ford CLT9000. Wish mine had chrome that shinny and the rubber and plastic as supple lol.
