    1966 Chrysler Radiator Replacement Options??

It would be helpful to know where you are located. I am not a fan of aluminum radiators. Our C Bodies require the use of old style green coolant as the long life coolants are not compatible with the brass heater cores and will cause them to leak. The green coolant, after a few years will...

Calling C Body A/C Gurus 66 New Yorker

I'm not an expert when it comes to A/C but I do have some questions. Are you using an evaporator core that is one unit with the heater core like the OEM ones or are you using separate evap and heater cores? Is there a shut off valve to stop coolant from entering the heater core and making the...

    Radiator upgrade

Cars with 26” radiators used a different core support with a larger opening. Why not just have a new 3 row, narrow fin 22” radiator core put in your radiator and add a shroud and clutch fan.

NOS AC adapter package 2027814 info needed

You may want to measure it to see if it is for a 22" radiator or something smaller. This cross-references to part #2027525 and probably other numbers and is for non A Body cars so this would be for a B or C body. I happen to have NOS under dash dealer installed A/C units. BTW, nice score on ePay.

NOS AC adapter package 2027814 info needed

Based on the size of the box it could be an a/c condenser kit for dealer installed a/c. Take a pic of what’s in the box.

    Radiator recommendations

I would have your radiator rebuilt. If it is a two row, consider going to a three row, narrow fin core for additional cooling for those hot summer days.

1966 Chrysler 300 non AC car fan shroud

    If you have a 22” radiator a 2 piece B & C Body shroud should work.

'68 Fury 318 stock radiator replacement with Cold Case

That’s correct but a B & C body radiator shroud should fit the radiator that you have. I added one to my ‘68 Fury with a 22” radiator.

Ask around for a good radiator shop and bring them your radiator and tell them what you want.

'68 Fury 318 stock radiator replacement with Cold Case

Why not send your existing radiator out and have a 3 row core installed with the existing tanks and flush out the block and heater core. Another consideration might be to add a reproduction 2-piece metal shroud to your existing radiator. I can't help with cold case radiators but if you go that...

    Wierd or what?

Check a part’s book. Sometimes a 4 blade that had a higher pitch was used in some applications including Hemi cars.
