    Oh my...I did it again.

I can do the fender tag, but the door sticker is long gone due to a repaint or replacement of the door at some point in the car’s life.

An almost exact description of my 78. Same skirts in the trunk, wheel covers, bad vinyl top issues , non LB 400 and non atc heat and air.

A Wrapup of Goodbye and Good Riddance

I'm not sure if it was here or on another FB sight someone was bound and determined to change out his Imperial brakes to disc. Ultimately he was looking for confirmation for doing it though every sane argument against it he ignored.

    Fury Wagon Coming In Next.

That was a beautiful wagon when new I'll bet. In the early 80's I had a 63 Plymouth wagon that was basic. Slant 6, manual transmission, steering and brakes. It also had rubber flooring instead of carpeting. It was a work horse of a wagon I wish I had kept

Fresh Air Vents behind kick panel

My 67 Imperial(early build non ATC) had two slide dash levers for passenger and drivers side to open the lower air vents . If I recall the passenger side lever was eliminated for 68. I assumed it was an ATC thing.

Nice low option 66 Polara at a local show yesterday

Eons ago I took my drivers test in a 66 Polara . It was a four door sedan also in this same color though a 383 automatic drive train. I actually passed the test on the first try even though I flunked parallel parking:rofl:

    78 NYB trunk number

Anyone else have this on their NYB? An assembly line mark off? Not earth shattering, but curious as to why it was never removed.

vintage pics of women & cars

The grumpy woman leaning against the side of the green 53ish Ford was giving a look that had me feeling guilty. And I didn't do anything! She had to be a mom.:D

1963 Chrysler vs Buick Dealer film... with performance info...

I knew I would run over the hood of that Buick to get to the Chrysler even before watching the salesman filmstrip. I have always had a yearning for the 63-64 Chryslers, particularly the 63's

Boy, I'm a believer in claying the car now!

Claying the paint on my cars is something I have been doing for a few years now . It really made a difference when my daily driver caught some paint overspray from ?? while parked at work one day. My next purchase is going to be synthetic clay that is supposedly washable and reusable.

    Fuse box question 1978 NYB

Success almost! Pushing upward until I felt a “click “ then pulling down brought the fuses into sight. Thanks for the advice. I pulled and visually checked every fuse . They looked good to me as not being burned through at their middle. The problem I’m chasing is a loss of dash lighting and...

    Fuse box question 1978 NYB

To remove ,LOWER FUSE BOX and pull bank from...

    Bad Chad 56 Savoy

My first car was a 56 Savoy sedan in 1972. Beyond the bubbling metal over the headlight brows it was amazingly rust free for a Minnesota vehicle. Flathead 6 with three speed and overdrive is the only way to go!

1974 New Yorker St Regis interior question.

I see the white interiors on these St Regis New Yorkers and think they are beautiful. So are the seats in these vinyl or leather? I did a quick search and found previous auctions claiming leather interiors though looks like vinyl seats to me. Wouldn't leather have been stepping into Imperial...
