I have a couple sets of the nos Mopar steel shim head gaskets 1851579. They fit a 350 361 383 413 looks like they will fit a standard bore 440. With my harbor freight digital micrometers they measure at 4.32 gasket bore and a .016 thickness. $75 a set plus shipping.
