Is there a particular modern seat that one can plug and play in these bolt holes? I need a seat that reclines and I don't mind if it doesn't match. I don't mind a seat cover. I am just an too tall and uncomfortable. 68 Newport convertibles.

Sounds like a big job

On my 68 Newport I want to change the rear diff gasket. I have a fsm on disk but had to order an external cd reader to view it. In the meantime is it just as simple as taking off the ten bolts or so and lowering the driveshaft and that whole front unit? I just want to swap the gasket and fluid only.

I posted up in another section. I have a 68 Newport leaking from the bell housing area of the steering gear box. I fully intend to replace it at some point but wondering if that part is fixable temporarily. It leaks pretty bad. I've tried taking that ring off but didn't see how that bell part...

All fair points. The wheels work. Had them for quite a while now. It's just really close for comfort and even a small adjustment would be beneficial. I'll consider next steps, just wanted to see options, which I know now.

I can move the wheels in general. It's just crazy close, and closer than normal.
