    the real 70 GT and S/23 #s

It seems strange to me that this production information is so hush-hush and impossible to get posted for all to see. I would think that whomever has this report would do us all a favor by posting it. If it is publicly available, nobody could exaggerate the numbers one way or another. And...

300 Hurst and Fury GT Exhaust

Here is a photo of the tip using the proper bracket/locator holes on the car. Location / reveal (slightly adjustable). I don’t have pipe routing photos as my GT is now completely dismantled for restoration. I’m sure a member here will have some photos for you.

300 Hurst and Fury GT Exhaust

I’ll throw my 2 cents in - I manufacture the tip hanger for ‘70-71 dual exhaust cars. The GT tip has a finger that goes into the rubber isolator. A non-tip car would use a clamp that had a finger that would be sandwiched between the clamp and over-axle pipe.

999 paint code = Custom color - but which Chrysler color. Looks kinda like B7 but ??? Sun-baked for sure - Have you found a broadcast sheet to the car? If so, will you be posting?

    Sport Fury GT

Ours is currently in the beginning stages of restoration and I’m into it about $74,000. This amount is the car, NOS parts, labor, etc. Finding a GT is difficult in itself. Finding parts is just as difficult. NOS parts are very hard to find and expensive when you do find them. Keep in mind...

    SOLD 1970 Plymouth Fury 3

Tobias - The buyer of this car may want to know the condition of these rust prone areas. Condition will dictate how much time and money will be required to meet their needs. Parting out was not implied in my request for photos although it may have come across that way - my apologies to you.

Can you please post a few pictures of the trunk floor, trunk extensions, and lower quarters. Thanks!

    Door seals?

The lower weatherstripping should not affect your geometry. I would start with door gaps/to fender and quarter. Look at the door striker for excessive wear. Typically - door sag (due shear size and weight) will be worn hinges. Find good used or have yours rebuilt. Once you have those issues...

    Door seals?

The cheapest I’ve paid for a 1 was $250. My mint complete set was $1600.00 - going on a OE rotisserie restoration car. These were in original packaging and like new. Research your specific part numbers and keep them with you at all times. Convertible with/without vent windows (A/C or non...

    Door seals?

I don’t know of anyone reproducing these currently. Most companies say that there isn’t sufficient demand to warrant the tooling investment for C bodies. I think they are underestimating the true demand that’s out there. I would definitely buy a few sets if we could get a vendor to step up. I...

1970 Sport Fury Trunk Lock Emblem

I believe the insert is a pressed heavy aluminum foil which is then painted. You could probably 3D print a set of dies to produce the foil imprint. Definitely worth trying. Here are measurements.

1970 Sport Fury Trunk Lock Emblem

These two pieces are next to impossible to find NOS. I have only seen 2 NOS Sport Fury script emblems in the last 4 years. I purchased both - 1 for my GT, and 1 for a friend’s GT. The lock emblem is unobtainium NOS. I’ve only seen 1 in the last 5 years and I bought it. Right place at the...
