    i knew i would get some interest, i am retired trade myself, and have to disagree that that is original paint - Happy to be proved wrong but this would have to be via first-hand knowledge of that actual car/no more speculation.

    Not intending to rock the boat, but are we really looking at 1967 original paint here? I know it has the low miles, and it's largely time-warp, but thinking of the top coat lacquer they used back then i'm surprised that it's retained that gloss to it.

    it's a secret from my friends K, but i've settled on a '67 Imperial Convertible when i get my act together. I missed a peach around a month ago, it was white/private owner/low mileage/low price but it's a massive gamble to buy blind isn't it? I might settle on a fixed head but at my age I don't...

    Thank you FCBO I can see the Forum has a passion for these cars, and some helpful people on here. I see so few in the UK now, but i haven't ruled out an import.
