Does anyone know offhand if the 70 New Yorker had the same auto temp as the 69 300. I have a new Yorker available for parts from a friend if the parts are the same, specifically the control box in the kick panel. I haven't seen it yet to know if the temp rheostat is the same.

Speedo ran good last two years. It snapped off at the cruise head. I got a cable only and installed it. One week later it broke at the cruise head. How do I determine if it's speedo or cruise that's bad without having to buy a new bypass cable.

Is there a cross reference for fender skirts. I think my 69 300 convertible would look great with skirts but can't find if any were made for it. Will the New Yorker or imperial skirts fit. They all look like same wheel opening but can't tell without measuring everything.

What is the correct position for A frame shields on 69 300? I put them on from wheel side and didn't seem right with bulk over A frame. I put them on engine side and had to push them thru on top of A arm and tire hits on sharp turns.
