    NOT MINE 1965 Plymouth Fury

And I'll say it again: blackwalls on a car like this, with full (and dressy) wheel covers, are so cringe. There's a reason whitewalls help with visuals: they make the wheels look bigger by breaking-up the monotony of black that high-profile tires create. I get that, in Canada, our options for...

NOT MINE 1972 Newport 2-door in London (Ontario) - $15k CAD

Probably, but I'm not interested; I got my C-body for much less and I like it much more :)

NOT MINE 1972 Newport 2-door in London (Ontario) - $15k CAD

Looks like the same car, yeah; man, look how much better it looked with whitewalls! A crime he changed-out the tires, and spent no effort in sourcing whites...

NOT MINE 1972 Newport 2-door in London (Ontario) - $15k CAD

I haven't seen this one posted, but it's been for sale for a while! It started at $20k, as I recall... Looks like a nice car, and it'd be even better with its trim put back on and some whitewalls  1972 Chrysler Newport : London | Classic Cars | London | Kijiji Classifieds Text...

Thanks for the decode! Yes, that is "C C26". It was sold new in Nova Scotia, so I have no doubt that it was a Canadian-order car.

    NOT MINE 1977 New Yorker

In that kind of shape, it should be kept as a well-preserved, fair-weather car only!

I think he means a flipper bought it, and we'll see it up for-sale again soon at a higher price.

Ah, okay, thanks. Can you provide a code break-down? Or tell me where to find a list of codes?

NOT MINE 1973 Plymouth gran fury CDN$4,000

Here is my rad support tag. I'd appreciate a decode of what it all means! I see people referring to the rad tag codes a lot on this forum but I don't know them :). I notice the stamped "2" in the upper right-hand corner; does this mean it's the second tag, and there's another one underneath or...

NOT MINE 1973 Plymouth gran fury CDN$4,000

Yup, and I'm hoping to never have to wash it again, either: I give it a dusting before/after every drive and do a soft cloth/diluted car wash hand wipe-down before waxing (once per year is enough). Then, of course, bug hit, tar, sap, etc. removal as-necessary. I've used this technique...

NOT MINE 1973 Plymouth gran fury CDN$4,000

I do an equivalent to all my daily drivers yearly, because you're right, nothing stops rust better! My Fury will never see rain and is stored in a dehumidified garage all year, so I'm hoping I'll be okay.

NOT MINE 1973 Plymouth gran fury CDN$4,000

Yeah, I love the '73s; it's one of the few cars that got better when going from '72-'73, IMO. Where I live, it is very dusty, and the thought of spending hours detailing the engine just to have it get gross again kind of pains me :). I did that on my '94 Roadmaster when I got it: fully...

NOT MINE 1973 Plymouth gran fury CDN$4,000

Because the engine bay has a lot of exposed circuits and bits that, if they get water/soap/scunge washed into them, can fail, and then good luck diagnosing the issue. I try to keep my newer cars' engines clean, but on old ones they just age naturally: no way I'm risking messing-up those fragile...

NOT MINE Someone needs to save this 1958 Fury

Yeah, that bit of rust was the only thing I saw that looked odd. A professional restorer could probably tear the car down, clean-up/repair/replace what ails it, and sell it for a pretty good profit. Definitely not in my wheelhouse, but I admire those who can do so!

NOT MINE Someone needs to save this 1958 Fury

The rugs, seats, wheels, etc. all look spectacular; would someone have cleaned it up this well just for a flood auction? Getting beige vinyl that clean after flooding wouldn't have been easy...

NOT MINE Someone needs to save this 1958 Fury

Oh! Is that what "WL" means! Yikes, that sucks... still, a disassembly, thorough dry-out and clean-up and it can hopefully be saved!

Not many cars are actually "dumpster green"; the olives, jades, etc. are very pretty on cars.
