You might have to modify you current pick up from 5/16" line to 3/8" there are places that will do that. The only C body factory 3/8" pick up I ever saw was out of an early 70's Police car.

First I would check out some videos on You Tube, most use a two part epoxy with self tapping screws to hold the scoop in place until the epoxy dries. I would get another hood, strip off the paint, install the scoop and paint the whole thing satin black, that way you still have your original hood...

If you've ever been lucky enough to talk to Mark Mroz you would know that he's a total car nut and a great all around person. Mark has helped me a lot with my restoration of my 72 Polara. This is a heartfelt video of Mark saying farewell to his friend.

I didn't see one but I'll look again, I removed this seat from a 72 K code (Police) Polara but I agree a part number would be helpful.
