It took six months to get the Brite Dip trim finished, but it was well worth the wait! One small piece of trim will be delivered tomorrow and then it’ll be done, except for the little issues that have come up. The thermostat seems to be stuck, there are some rattles I’d like to track down...

On the right side of the instrument panel, smoke could be a resistor. Steam would be a leaking heater core. If it's the heater core, it's an awful job. Check your bulbs and connections for the slow blink. If the hazard switch is faulty, you may want to check that as well. Aaron

The T&C is finally usable! It runs and drives well for a car still running Lean Burn. I’m still waiting for the “brite dip” trim to get done and I have to reinstall the trailer hitch. At least I can enjoy it in the meantime. There are a lot of fussy little things that need to be tackled, but...

That part is an A/C vacuum time delay relay. Mopar #2837697 Not sure about the evaporator removal. On my '77 I had to pull the box apart and the evaporator slid out. Aaron

The pad is just clipped into place (no screws). There are access holes on the back of the steering wheel. Use a Phillips head screwdriver (or a dowel) and gently push the pad away from the wheel from behind. Best way to not damage the pad. Aaron

I had a reverberator in my '65 NY. The amount of reverb (echo) was adjustable by a knob on the instrument panel. It sounded great. Aaron

I am not going to remove the shocks. I pulled the rear bumper to access the filler panels, which needed to be removed to do the bodywork and install the wood. I have no idea how to remove them. Wish I could help.

With the engine block heater replaced and the belts tightened up, it was ready to go to a local shop that has the equipment to dial in the Lean Burn system. The drive there made a couple of things obvious. The rear air shocks need to be replaced immediately and the car runs hot. All of the...
