Carter AVS is the way to go. Rebuilding yours can be done by @woodruff carburetors. Another option is the Edelbrock 1406 w/ the carb linkage adapter. 600 cfm is all you need for a stock 440.

The preferred Hayden fan clutch I use is the HD fan clutch for the 440 w/ A/C equipped cars. Always use w/ a fan shroud to get maximum cooling. The HD clutch is simply more responsive in in higher oper temps.

Power window relay is #1. Horn relay is is #2. Keep them both. Power window relays are prone to failure.
