    Throttle pressure adjustment - 904

I’m putting a transgo tf-2 shift kit in Elwood’s transmission and I have a question about adjusting the throttle pressure. The fsm calls for a tool - C-3763 to set the gap for the throttle kickdown valve when it is compressed. I found this link that states the tool is 0.625” wide. A-904...

I’m preparing to fix the inner fender liner for Elwood, a 1968 Plymouth Fury II sedan. There’s a larger than I suspect hole in the one I removed. This is below the battery tray. Does anyone have a picture of a good fender liner that they can share?

Today, my wife and I brought home Lucy, from a rescue. She’s wonderful, 3 years old and is for some reason, sticking with me. It may be because I always have a bunch of liver flavored treats in my pocket. She was hit by a car when she was 9 months old and had to have her left rear leg...

    Electric lawn care products

I own several EGO products: hedge trimmer, blower, 18” chainsaw and a 20” push mower. They work well. I also own a gas powered zero turn mower (Deere z655). I use it for roto tilling and broadcast spraying (pulling the devices). I have been eyeing the EGO riding mowers, but mowing 7+ acres of...

    Oil pump bypass spring failure?

I’m in the middle of correcting a low oil pressure situation in my 65 Ranchero. The oil pressure drops upon warmup to a level that triggers the oil pressure switch (light). I think that the bypass valve inside the oil pump has lost its staying strength, moreso when hot. I pulled the oil pump out...
