I bought one up near Calgary, paperwork at the border was actually pretty easy. They had a sample form that had highlighted areas for you to fill out. If there was any fee, it was pretty minimal. I looked at having the paperwork done for me, and it was several hundred bucks.

what did it come out of? If it was in a van or pickup accessories, mounts, oil pan, exh manifolds etc are different, but yours will fit

I have a 79 Polara convertible for parts. 3832v, AC, drum brakes..It is very rusty, only good body parts are hood, r fender. doors are ok but some dents. Good glass, bumpers grille, etc interior is destroyed due to top leaking. Hate to part it out but i would take a lot to save it. Will...

dunno why you wouldnt do a little more diag before pulling head, that and no power tools/extensions wasted a lot of time

more compression will definitely help. Also, hughes makes a whiplash cam specifically for low compression motors. A factory hi stall converter, along with free flow intake and exhaust, and recurved distributor will wake it up as well.

I have 69 300, and it needs (among other sheet metal) lower quarters... i dont think anybody makes new ones, does anybody have a set of used ones, preferrable close to central CA? thanks PS avoid classic to current restorations, their parts are NOT very well made
