Here is my grandfather's Chrysler Plymouth Esso dealership in Oakland Md in 1938. The Plymouth banner for 1938 is in the service station portion window. He had some local firetrucks in the picture since so many of his employees were volunteer fighters. I separately loaded a response with...

My new to me 1971 Paisley Imperial

you can read more about the imperial paisley on the Imperial website. It was not intended to be that way . It was dyed from prior vinyl they had left They quickly found out the dye they used was not resilient and the paisley soon came through. I think they stopped it quickly but a few...

NOT MINE 1968 Chrysler imperial Crown coupe $20,000

The seller acts like they want a derby guy to come pick it up but it appears too nice to be a derby car. He should be wanting a MOPAR jacket guy to want to buy it to preserve it

Your thoughts on paint color change 1966 Imperial convertible

If you change exterior color, what are you planning to do with the one off gold / black leather seats that only came in the Shriner editions Your exterior choices are more limited unless you completely redo the interior to new colors also.

Your thoughts on paint color change 1966 Imperial convertible

i have seen a shriner car with a different exterior color but I personally would want it to remain as the shriner cars were since I studied them extensively over the last 20 years+ however, it is your car so you can do as you choose. I almost bought one of these a couple years ago from Marty...

1972-73 IMPERIAL FOR SALE Tracker starting NOW into INFINITY.

his ad references a 1967 but that rough body had 1968 rear quarter panels because of the side corner marker lights (square on Chrysler and round on Plymouth that year).

    My 1973 Imperial coupe

    The 1973 Chrysler Thread

I did not know this ear of cars had a tilt only wheel. I know the T and T well and the straight no tilt. Ordered two cars in this era (1972 Imperial and 1973 NYB). one had T&T and other was no tilt but never knew there was a middle ground for MOPAR

    NOT MINE 1961 Chrysler 300G Convertible - $209,000 - South lyon, Michigan

Looks like base radio also. Where did they get the red basket weave seats. Any special order color seats that year did not have the basket weave as I recall Just smooth leather. Is it the same black car sold over and over Last time apparently for barely what it sold for in Las Vegas.
