thanx ross...previous owner torched off cross member(lazy I guess) about an inch from torsion bar. can I box it in and fab up my own cross member?

hi ross...thanx...are the stub frames the two short outer ones?...will I have to replace them with Plymouth convertible or can they be off a 4 door?
