    1970 Monaco wagon ( youtube )

I'm not sure if Willy is registered here. But his preferred prey scheme are the 1970 Polaras and probably also Monacos. He regularly visits the BBTR with one of his cars and often travels to the States to find good vehicles.

And here are the moving (and touching) pictures. Big thanks to Georg and the BBTR team!

    1970 Fury I stripper!

Yes, very quiet and smooth, I can confirm that. My '71 Sport Fury 383 2bbl (probably) still has the original muffler underneath. A very nice unobtrusive sound with the original or date correct mufflers. On the other hand, my '65 Chrysler 300L 413 4bbl has two Flowmaster Super 44 underneath. Much...

    1970 Fury I stripper!

Very cool video! I followed Mickeys story right from the beginning (26 pages!) and I'm very impressed about your passion, endurance and elbow grease to bring Mickey back on the road! Despite the setbacks with the engine, everything turned out well in the end and I wish you a lot of fun with...

    1970 Fury I stripper!

I totally agree with your decision. A reputable shop should give a realistic time frame so you can decide whether the announced time is ok for you or not. You have already put so much work and passion into the car, it would be a shame if you let the engine builders drag you down. So please go...

    1970 Fury I stripper!

Sorry to hear that your local "professional" machine shop is unable to revive an old slant six. Did they at least say why they don't work on the engine? Hopefully there is someone here who has a good address, even if it will certainly be a bit more expensive than you planned. I keep my fingers...

Gas Monkey gets a Three Hundred.

First, I like the 300 in it's nice color combination and I'm very glad that they only clean it up, leve it as it is and don't drop it to the bottom and put 20" rims or more on it! Second, I don't know the previous ower, neither his music ore his political views. So for ME for the price...

What is this by the hood hinge? 70 Fury I

Today I was in the garage and took the first ride of the year with the Mopars. In this context I also looked for this black cover. I never noticed it before, but it's actually there ;)

Bringing my baby blue back from the dead

There are a few other things I want to point out. The thermostat should work, the radiator cap gasket should be fine and there should be a spiral in the lower radiator hose. There should also not be too much or too little water/antifreeze in the radiator... OK, John was faster ;)

    Thinking about buying this wagon

Are you sure you want to put a 70's hood on a 71's car? I don't think that goes with the grill. Just my 2 cents

    Thinking about buying this wagon

Nice find, what I can see on the picture! The moldings and sheet metal of the car look pretty good and complete. Missing antenna is easy to fix. Only the toasted dash pad and faded colour, but that's charming IMHO I agree, drivetrain should be easier to find than some missing molding parts or...

    Fusey dash pads

ABC Moparts https://abcmoparts.com/home/ols/categories/c-body-dash-pads produced them. They're currently marked as "out of stock", but you can ask Bob when they'll be back. There was a discussion about this somewhere in another thread, but I can't find it right now.
