    Eyeballs

After I get my eyes dilated they usually feel "gritty", and my vision is a little blurry for a while, but no other effects. I hope your issues are resolved quickly!

    Got my Newport running!

I am not sure you can still get a full size starter. When I was looking a few years ago all I saw at the standard outlets (RA, Auto zone, advance, etc.) were the mini starters. And I agree, they really give 'em a spin!

This is Sal Tovella at Milwaukee. I have seen a better version of this picture and it really shows how stretched out Sal was.

The hardest thing I've ever had to say. RIP Bob Urban

I always enjoyed his posts, and I learned a lot about our mutual home town from his "Pabst Brewery and Mansion" thread. I really like the engine he put in his New Yorker - as much for the attitude as the aesthetics. And most importantly - Thank you for your service!

    Remember when?

My mom still has ma bell (or whatever the legacy land-line company is there). The phone is kitty wampus because some changes had to be made to keep it functional.

The crappy years? There were some cool Mopar cars from 1975-1991 (pre-viper), so list 'em!

There is a facebook page devoted to these. Also some info on them on the USAC stock car page on FB. One comes up for sale once in a while. They won some races against Foyt, Bobby Allison, Joe Ruttman, etc.

    What Motorcycle is This?

I am helping a widow whose husband was a collector of things. She opened a shed door and up against the back wall, semi-buried was a motorcycle. Or part of one anyway. I have owned a few bikes over the years so I immediately went to take a look. As you can see it is only partially there. I knew...

    Heavy Metal

That is the airport diagram. It show the runways, taxiways and parking areas on the airport. The pilot will use that to ensure that they exit the runway and taxi via how they are directed by the controllers.

    Pabst Brewery and Mansion

I have found a couple of good fish fries in Maine. One place has their special on Thursday!!! Reference the article you linked to: I love the ambiance at Schwabenhof, but the fish fry was just so-so.

Went for a little drive in the Cordoba today... I turned the air cleaner lid upside down before I left. Not much fun in a 360 2-bbl smog motor:(
