I made a quick video of Tux at idle will I had tux out for a drive. I think I will need a valve job. Also think I will be adding resonators as it seems louder this spring. This is full TTI 2.5" exhaust with the Motiveair Imperial style mufflers.

Do those walker mufflers reduce in size inside ? Did you add a resonator since the install. My mufflers after a year are a bit loader, no cackle or drone, just notice loader on take off from stops. I am going to try resonators.

Maybe Motivair thought you wanted a complete system from them. I just buy mufflers from them, as that's what they make. There is a custom exhaust shop on the property, but told it is a separate business.

Motivair only manufacturers mufflers and resonators. I only buy Mufflers at Motivair.

Same at the back as other 69/73 Cs. It was tight when I finished the cutting. The band clamp saved the effort. I will try to get a photo. The other option is to have the TTI pipes re bent to a more traditional factory bent. TTI went with the 45 deg angle to reach the shorter Dyno Max muffler.

I had the length problem you discribe on my Imperial. I had to cut 1.5" from muffler and 2" from tail pipe. Then I used the stainless 2.5" band clamp. Fit and is nice and quiet with flow.
