TTI send out their systems based on model, year, engine, and manifold #s. It is not one size fits all. You can't expect the system to fit on your new application. Maybe contact them with your new info and see if they will send out a partial front exhaust system but I doubt it.

Thank you but I did read that but it is still over my head. Intuitively any 2.5" exhaust or larger is already past the primary restriction of the factory manifolds. In my mind with a larger than factory exhaust pipe the only controlling factor wrt back pressure would be the mufflers. Of course...

Using factory bent pipes and NOS clamps is obviously ideal but in most cases not realistic. Looking at the 3rd picture above it appears that the new hanger has a good bolt on attachment point to the body. Swinging down the arm then welding allows for very precise location of the exhaust pipe...

I had good luck with TTI for my 68 Monaco 500. A true DIY bolt in system in a box (coming from someone as technically challenged as myself).

That`s the same set up I have with a mild 440 in a 68 Monaco 500. Nothing wrong with low end torque but in fairness I have nothing to compare to. The TTI system is an easy DYI set up at a reasonable cost. It sounds great to with 40 series mufflers.
