You are correct, technically it is a winder as it doesn’t retract as much as wind. It seems the parts writers didn’t quite get the name right in the parts book as they refer to it as a retractor from 65 -68.

I am showing different part numbers for each C-body. ‘68 Dodge (Polara and Monaco) is hi lighted. Chrysler is below. Manual antenna different from power. Not sure about ‘67 crossover.

Next question. Non A/C or A/C. They are quite different. Likely if you are looking to replace I am going to guess non A/C. As those plastic sliders don’t give the best leverage and even when they are cleaned up they are still stiff. I also believe they are Polara/ Monaco specific.

Looks great, you should be able to find a cover. You have shared a few extra parts to members, so hopefully Karma kicks in. If I had one it would be yours, but my one and only is in use. Thanks for the info.
