1972-73 IMPERIAL FOR SALE Tracker starting NOW into INFINITY.

The red x is conveniently placed right in the scrolling zone on the phone. Pretty easy to select by just scrolling through threads. I am guilty from time to time without realizing that I did it.

Agree on Floor heat. I have that in my main garage and basement. Best upgrade to my house ever. I kick myself for not setting it up in my back garage. As far as locks. Mine are automatic about every 6” on each post. I always set it down on the locks before I go under.

If your work area is going to be in the front wall or by your dog wash, you may want your heater over the walk-in door or close to it. It would keep it from directly blasting over your cars. A couple of ceiling fans will help even out the heat and facilitate melting in the winter.

Oh and a ceiling outlet would be ideal. I got a Heavy duty extension cord and routed it out of my way. Plus an adapter to run power strips for lights and such.

7,000 would be plenty. They had this one used. The guy that had it wanted to go wider to clear his pickup mirrors. The thing looked brand new.

Remember if you park one car under the lift and another on top you need garage door clearance so the door clears the upper car. Side /wall mounted garage door opener and hi lift rails will help. Ceiling height is also important. I have a 4 point lift 8 Plus long 8,000 from Direct-Lift I got mine...

To Vinyl Top or Not to Vinyl Top

My opinion is if you are going back to original with a rareish sunroof car Wayne to go back with the vinyl. Modern day prep and paint on the roof prior to vinyl will help protect it. If storing inside when not in use it should last another 100 years. My thoughts. I may be biased as I re-did my...

Great old Promo film: 1970 Imperial vs Lincoln Dealer Promo Film

I was digging the green go-go boots in a black and white world. Oh and that Lincoln’s seatbelt can be dangerous when wearing a short skirt.

It was great meeting you at Mopar’s in the park. Good on you for meeting your goal to get it there. A few more tweaks and you will have it tidied up.

    Fender tag

If you zoom into the vertical picture I think I see the middle leg of the E. In the manual there is no L option.

    Fender tag

I think the interior code is M9E. I don’t see a M9L in the interior codes for 68 Imperial. Leather. Here is the parts book description. There is a black has different color inserts, M9E is gold and black leather.

    Fender tag

Most of the decoders are close but not accurate for C-bodies let alone an Imperial. Need to find an interior dealer book to see the different stock seat selections

    Pertti's 1970 Imperial Lebaron

The mirror may be beyond salvage. But you can try re-setting the balls in the back of the mirror and try closing them in. Maybe with your metal filler. The cables may need to move in the socket a little so don’t epoxy them too tight. It is worth a try before finding a new mirror.
