I got the 3M weatherstripping adhesive to do the doors and trunk on mine. They say to apply it to the door and the WS and let it tack up. I like the idea of taping it to not allow it to stretch and cut the ends at a 45. I was wondering about both of these issues

if the window is down and won't go up does that mean the motor can be removed without losing any fingers?

It's in my 66 nport 4dr htop. Passenger front window is down and won't go up. None of the others go down. I can hear the rear motors trying when I hit the switch but right now my priority is on the 65 NYr interior

I will be diving into the power windows in my 66 Newport so I will be following this one.
