72 NewYorker roof emblem removal - barrel clips or nuts ?

Very likely nuts, accessible behind the headliner or interior sail panel. Remove the trim between the top of the back seat/package tray and the headliner's sail panel and you can lift up the sail panel at the bottom.

    Plastic Dip Spray

I too have heard the same. I also have had personal success doing what you want to do using SEM Vinyl dye - Landau Black - spray. Make sure the surface is clean. It'll stick well, but come off easily when needed. Nice semi-gloss-satin finish too.

65 Sport Fury-washer pump and lines

Update - I can confirm that on my unrestored survivor '66 T&C, the washer pump is mounted on the rad yoke. Perhaps 65s are different.

65 Sport Fury-washer pump and lines

I can't exactly remember, but I think that on a 65 Fury the pump sits under the washer reservoir on the inner side of the fender, or, it's mounted on the radiator yoke just to the left of the battery. A line runs from the bottom of the reservoir to the pump, and then a line from the pump goes...

    Loose Side View Mirror

Depends what kind of side mirror. The twin post manual ones can be easily fixed by removing the glass. If that's what you have... The remote control ones are much more difficult. Which do you have (before I go into the details on how it's done)?

    Windshield Cowl Fasteners

Just good old fashioned sheet metal screws. Phillips head, rounded top. They would possibly have been painted body colour, as that part was assembled on the car prior to painting. You can see them on this pic of my car's cowl panel...

    Vent Window....Lube or Limber

Typically it's the worm gear regulator having dried up gease in it - if you are able to remove the assembly from the car, disassemble it to get at the regulator, you can chuck it in a can of solvent to break down the grease, and then relubricate it. It's very unlikely it's the glass pivot.
