My vote is a musical horn too. Probably had a ton of pre-programmed tunes already in it, plus there is probably a way to program your own. Hence the "Full, 1/2, & 1/4" markings above the numbers. I presume those are for the note lengths. Although aftermarket, that thing would be cool to restore.- SPF Required
