I used 68 fury sedan footwells in a 66 chrysler 300 and they fit exactly. You will find that all 65 to 73 C body front footwells are the same. The changes in the rear footwells are between sedan, coupes etc. due to different length wheelbases.

You can check with NAPA, I beleive the two door glass is still available.

If it's just light surface rust, I'm inclined to simply leave it be. The rust made a film over the bare steel from the factory and stabilized so that it has in essence been like that for fifty years. I seriously doubt it will become an issue for the foreseeable future.

No rubber isolators in a 68, in fact rubber isolators didn't start being fitted to Furys until 71.
