    PS pump

I'm not sure why it would only overflow when it's not running. It's like when you turn the steering wheel, the steering gear is acting like a pump and forcing the fluid back into the reservoir. Maybe some kind of check valve or relief valve isn't working or something?

When cold, it should be a little below the neck. The fluid expands a lot and will overflow if overfilled.

    Under dash light bulb.

Does it have a good bulb in it? If you can get it to light up it might help you figure out where it goes. Or, does it just light up when the door is open and go out when it's closed? The ignition switch lamp had a timer. Or does it go on only with the headlights? These would all be clues to...

Is it the ignition switch backlight? If so it plugs into the ignition switch somehow.

Looking for these nylon molding retaining clips for a '68 Chrysler. So far no luck...

Thanks, I bought the ones on Ebay. They look the closest to what's on my car and they were cheaper. Hopefully age won't be a factor. My parts book says 6024 271 is the screw with the sealer for the clips. The clips that hold the molding on the fender skirts are 6002 293 and 6002 292. I need...

Hmmm.... It looks similar, but not exact. It might work. The one on Ebay looks closer, but the p/n is 6001492 and my parts catalog says it should be 6001786. I also need the ones that hold the molding to the fender skirts. They're completely different.

OK, I did some more research, and I came up with 2 different part numbers: 6001786 and 6001492. Which one is correct for a 1968 Chrysler 300? Or does it use both?

    Needing a few parts

Welcome and good luck with the New Yorker. There's a guy named Murray Park who seems to have just about any and all MoPar parts. I would probably try him first. Sorry I don't have contact info but I'm sure it's on this site somewhere.
