Just picked up my alternator from the shop. Total rebuild with a year warranty for $100 bill. Looks good I think. Soon to be installed.

Napa did have one but single pulley. I tried to get rad hoses at napa, didnt carry any! Getting harder and harder to keep original look under the hood.

Finding one seems to be my problem, mine is round back, single field. NAPA had that style, single pulley for truck?, was 45 amp. Prices $65-$225! Car has electric seats and windows with a/c, I would think at least 60amp. At least I can still get the mech regulator.

I need an alternator my 300, cant seem to find one that only has 1 field wire and batt post. They either dont have double pulley or they have internal regulator. Ive ckd the usual places, Rockauto shows to have one that might work, dont know if I trust them. I dont really want to upgrade...

I have figured out that the 2 relays were some how tied in with the blower motor. Ive since removed them, traced 2 yellow wires, one from each spade on relays, to top unused connections on bulkhead, under dash connections at bulkhead with red wires going towards blower switch and I think there...

There is the correct relay on the fender that has starter leads and neutral safety sw. that blue looking 10gauge wire goes over to the correct relay. 1 wire from blower motor is hooked to one term. Unfortunatly i have missplaced wiring diagram from my service manual. Once i get everything...

I agree with all, I ran 4 pin on my last 300, after installing an upgrade electronic/ solid state wiring harness from Evans, and new starting, charging and running components, never had any issues after that.
