The 1969 Fury Operator's Manual says that only the cars equipped with a Tilt Wheel have the lane change turn signal feature.

Not 100 % sure, but I think this feature was introduced on all C-Bodies in 1969 or 1970. At least it's explicitly mentioned in the 1970 Chrysler Data Book. Just as 3C's & a D? said, you just slightly move the lever and the turn signals are activated as long as you keep the lever in that position.

I'd say that if the fender mounted turn signal indicators were optinal (as with most Mopars) then the green arrow lights in the dash would also be equipped with bulbs and light up together with the fender mounted trn signal indicators.

Not 100% sure, but I'd say that the thinner, stiffer ones are the late-1971 ones (which came with wood-style covers). The thicker straps (as depicted in this thread) with the chrome covers should be standard in all 1970 and early 1971 models. I haven't seen a 1970 model with the thinner...

Does anyone know what the thread size of the original water temperature sending unit for the idiot light(s) in a 1970 Chrysler is? luigi164 did you replace the sending unit for the water temperature idiot light with an incremental unit for the water temp gauge?

Just a side note: Even the stereo radios designed for the "Multiplex" setup (those that use five speakers total - three up front and two rear speakers) only have two wires for the audio signals (left channel and right channel), plus one common ground wire. They do not have four channels coming...

I guess this applies only to the 1969 models built until 12-31-1968. On all cars built in 1969, headrests were mandatory (on both front seats).

Yep, these switches are Imperial-only. I guess entire NOS switches might even be cheaper than the regular Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth power window switches.
