Excellent find! A really beautiful car! Back in the day, CB radios were a big thing I guess. The Polish seem to still love them today, there is hardly a Polish van on a German Autobahn without an additional CB antenna.

I think they go by a variety of names. Not sure but I think the official term is Oetiker Pinch on Hose Clamps. They should still be available from many sources.

The exterior door handles won't work. The angle of the sheetmetal where the exterior door handles sit on 1969 to 1971 Chryslers dictate a differently shaped base of the door handle. This is a picture of the handles you'd need. If you look closely you can see the difference:
