Took the 1966 Newyorker 4dr to the dragstrip today
540 in a "B" body > 3.23 break gears> 3.91 broke / bent housing. Satellite is now CTD /727 dana 3.73 for best times. Did the same for my Dart swinger 540 / 518 trans, best gear ratio worked out to 3.73 for the street / cruise.- draginmopars
