no not necessarily, canadian built cars were not known for having much info on the body tag. heres a pic of the tag from from my 69 monaco 500 convertible

its missing wheel opening moldings and side trim, prob not put back on after being painted. there was side molding on the Monaco, just not as full as on the 500. here is a non 500 monaco showing the narrower trim, and a monaco 500 with the fuller trim

does your wagon have the fold down front armrest ? a friend had a polara custom with the fury interior, i think it was optional. he also had a regular polara wagon with non fold down arm rest front seat bench that looked like a dodge seat
