If the frame & floor pans aren’t rotted out I would hang onto it & make a cop car clone or ultimate sleeper boulevard cruiser. From the pictures the body doesn’t look too bad. I always liked that color too. Good luck & have fun.
Nope. I’m already getting nauseated as I look at those rust free lower quarters, fenders & doors thinking about the fate of that Imperial. Just my opinion. It’s your car.
Wow! Such s beautiful car in amazing condition. Great pictures that made it feel as if I were looking at a time capsule. Thanks for posting such detailed pics and enjoy that Imperial.
Great looking wagon, glad to see it up & running again. I had a 2 door formal roof Fury III that same color many years ago. When drum brakes are in good working order and you know how to drive with them they can stop just fine. Thanks for posting the pics.
You have to remove the sail panel on the inside to access the nut(s) that hold the badge to the C pillar. You will have to do that anyway to replace the clips that hold the belt line chrome trim to the car.
Congrats on your new ride. Sorry about the damage but thanks for sharing the pics and the journey that went with them. Looks like you have something to keep you busy for awhile. Good luck.
Very cool and awesome looking Fury. I love the paisley top and interior. The functioning A/C system along with the Hemi make that one heck of a cruiser as well as one of the finest sleepers ever.
Some very nice custom work. You don't see too much of that these days as you did back in the '50s, '60s, and '70's. It takes quite a bit of imagination as well as fabricating, fitting and finishing skills.
