1966 Chrysler power steering box issue

I recently had my power steering gearbox rebuilt. During reassembly of all new steering components, it appears that the gear box may have been assembled with the shaft going to the pitman arm a tooth or 2 off if that is possible. With the master spline on the shaft that goes to the column at 12...

    Thinking about a stroker

I'm thinking about building a stroker for my 66 300. Other than the 383 that is currently in the car, I have another 383 block and a 400 block. I was thinking about a 451 or a 512. I was hoping to get some opinions, I know there will be a lot. What I am hoping for is something that is very...

    Transmission leak

Does anyone know the difference between 2464324-AD and 2464324-AC? I have the AD version. It is plastic and the raised rubber sealing surfaced does not get completely covered by the pan in the middle at the back and at the right rear corner.

    Dipstick length

Could someone tell me how far the dipstick in a big block should extend past the bottom of the block. I didn't assemble this motor and I suspect it had the wrong dipstick. What makes me think this is that there is a curl at the end of it. I have five other big blocks and none of them have a...

    Dipstick length

I was wondering if anyone knows how far below oil pan to block seam should full line on dipstick be. I have 4 old Mopars, 71 New Yorker with 440, 67 Newport with a 383, 64 Polara with a 68 440, and a 63 Dodge 440 with a 426 wedge head. The New Yorker, Newport and Polara all have identical length...
