Does anyone know where these two wires go. One is red with a gold stripe the other is just plain Red. By looking myself I really couldn't tell where they went wrapped in a bundle. Thanks in advance for any advice. I guess I should have said these wires are behind the ashtray.

Tryed the bypass alt.output direct to batt. To reduce load on amp meter. Question, while running amp meter showed discharge did I do something wrong.?
