    Heater - Vacuum Drop

    I was cruising my '65 300 'vert this evening and noticed a 2-3in vacuum drop with the Heater on. When I turned it off (and heard the fresh air door close) vacuum went back to normal. I don't recall ever experiencing this. Any ideas?

    Chrysler A/C Tool C-3822

    I will be replacing the EPR Valve in the compressor on my '65 300 soon. In reading the FSM, it states the use of tool "C-3822" to R&R the EPR Valve. Since I don't have said tool and cannot seem to find one online, what is my alternative to properly replace the part?
