Shot in the Dark - I am looking at a 1974 Penn Yan Explorer 20" with a rebuilt GM 350, inboard - tunnel drive. Looks in pretty good shape. Need to "test drive.) Anyone here familiar with Penn Yan Boats and can answer some questons or give advice on them?
