On a 69 2dr is the rear quarter glass the same as other years? ....a fire crew had to break in to a friend's car as it had an under hood fire and they didn't know how to open the hood ....so they bust the quarter windows on the right side ......thanks for your time Kev

Hi folks, I'm trying to get my door glass out of my 70, its 2dr electric windows, as I'm painting the car i need to get the door handle, lock and mirror out, but getting the glass out??? What's the deal?

It would seem that fitting a standard set of steel rims (from an all drum brake 69 Newport) to my 70 Newport (disc brakes up front) is fine for the rear but will not fit around the front callipers!! the inner wheel profile is definitely different on the roadwheels compared to an all drum brake...
