I may go look at this over the weekend. $3500 seems a bit high particularly if a new brake booster is needed. Any thoughts?

Have owned a number of old cars previously. Just bought a 1965 Dodge Dart last summer. Am working on it currently. Just wondering if there are specific things I should look for on a 1969 Plymouth Sports Fury convertible as I give a good inspection? Any tips? Things to watch out for?
