Will a front bumper from a 1969 Chrysler 300 fit a 1970 Chrysler 300? thanks in advance

The frame on my HURST hood is toast. I do have a donor hood. My question is how can I remove the glass hood from the old frame without tearing up the glass? I can remove the rivets just fine. It’s the glue I’m worried about.

Thinking of leaving the body of my 300HURST just like it is, a little ratty. Should I shine all the chrome up? Or leave everything ratty?
