Very, very nice job! Your mechanical build sounds much like mine, except I haven't done the rad yet and I'm pondering a tighter steering box. Your dash looks perfect, a very nice gauge layout. All that and it's a 2drht to boot, darn hard to beat that combo! Very nice job!!

Thanks, I appreciate the remarks.

Wow.., there is just no end to peoples' imaginations. You have had a "vision" and you made it a come true. And you started from behind the eight ball, to boot. In looking at the before photos, I could see the years of packed layers of oil leak-dust, oil leak-dust. Cleaning all that off just to get to back to zero probably takes as much effort as the Resto job. Your choice of colors and color schemes are cool. The engine and suspension work are things that make one sit back in the lawn chair with the iced tea and just smile as one gazes at the job in progress. In paying further attention to the surroundings in the photos, I have a real good idea of where you are and I can tell everyone who is reading my commentary that sgtdave may have shed some blood and tears during the job, but he sweated an Olympic sized swimming pool. The garage is not air conditioned and all those stones in the driveway and yard area..? They turn into a billion red-hot coals during the day and halfway through the night, at least 9 months out of the year! Enjoy your ride Sgt. Dave!!! - Not Right, Buckeye Union High '79
