General Information
Original 15K miles, garage stored then it sat outside for 4 years before I purchased it in 10-1989 for $3,300. The original owner, a retired school teacher traded her 56 club coupe for this 58 from Johnny Baxter Chrysler Plymouth in Omaha, NB. She had the top painted pink, which was a 1959 color. It was ordered with the 318 V-8, 2-sp Powerflite tranny, wide whites, upgraded wheel covers, dual mirrors, back up light, two speed electric wipers and a cigarette lighter. It was radio delete, but I added one and a clock, which was standard in the Belevedere. No power steering or power brakes. The Savoy had a cloth and vinyl seats and a rubber floor covering. I upgraded- re built all of the mechanical's over the years I had it. After I sold it, the next owner completed the body work and upgraded it to front disc brakes. Unfortunately the current owner has blacked out the windows and changed the wheels, and re-did the interior with a modern style. It was recently advertised for $32,000 (06-2018) The photos are when I had it and when the 2nd owner put her up for sale. Original Goodyear silvertone spare tire in the trunk photos.
