General Information
My neighbor's family bought this car new, his uncle and mother kept it as a "fun car". He "inherited" it a few years ago. He put it in storage for several years, and I always jokingly kept asking him if he was ready to sell it to me.
TO my shock one day at the office he ask if I was really interested in it. He (his wife) was tired of paying storage charges on a car they we not planning on fixing up, and none of their boys were interested in the car.
I jumped on the offer. I paid him for the car (before he changed his wife's mind) and put it on the car hauler, then took it to the shed for storage.
We had 3 people comment on the car as we hauled it down.
I retire next year and this will be one of my favorite projects to start on.
