For Sale 1955 New Yorker "Hemi" Wagon Project

Not mine. I've never seen one in person/on the road to my recollection as its even older than I am by some years.

This one looks like its spent too much time outside, but for someone looking, this one appears largely original/complete (sans original powertrain, but seller indicates he has another)?

1955 Chrysler station wagon

Seller Description $3900

New Yorker wagon. Project car not running. No engine or transmission but otherwise complete and original. The frame & body mounts are good, the car has lower body rust, rockers & some floor braces. Hard to find one of these rare wagons. I do have a correct dated hemi engine available for this car available for an xtra $1500

So for 5500$ I get a major project that needs an interior and has a rusty roof
besides all the lower rust.... Hmm,, think I am gonna pass.....
Looks like it was a really cool car at one time tho...

That thing sat in a field with grass growing against it I bet, hence the lower rot.....those don't look like the rims and tires it was pulled out of the weeds with. ;)
