Posting this not so much for the car, but the entertaining ramble of the description. I also checked out the sellers other cars, quite the collection, perhaps someone here from Montana knows him.

A Novel about a bunch of things other than this car. Would have been no more effort to roll this thing out and wash the dust off and get some decent pictures.
But how much effort can you ask for at only thirty grand.

"The seller told my friend in Bozeman that he had the engine and transmission out of this car when his shop caught on fire. He said he was able to roll this car to safety but lost the engine and transmission in that fire. I bought this car from my Corvette collector friend in Bozeman Montana in about 1985 or so."
