No hate. Just could never get enthused about mixing a DeSoto grille with Dodge fenders. I'm trying to remember what Dodge model used those lumpy eyebrow mouldings. Was it a Regal Lancer? I know they were shared between the two carlines, and they just looked better on the Dodge than they do on the DeSoto.

Yes, the spring special 1958 Regal Lancer had those same eyebrows. I agree that they do look better on the Dodge than the Desoto.

Yes, Bendix fuel injection. Very few had it and it didn't work well at all.

Remember reading a article on it some guy fixed one with modern capacitors that are reliable and it works. Gotta love Chrysler engineering so far ahead of the curve that the next people that try it are credited with the first.

I think it is the bumper that makes the Dodge look better. It doesn't appear as bulky as the DeSoto bumper.

Thank you. I should have known that. There was a gorgeous Regal Lancer at the Concours at St.John's this year. Definitely on my lottery list.
